GeCOTimeŽ - Webterminal
The GeCOTimeŽ-Webterminal is a virtual terminal. It is ideal if no capturing hardware should be used. Perfect for gathering project times.
The GeCOTimeŽ - Webterminal neither depends on a browser nor an operating system.
If the terminal is deployed for capturing work times, then beneath the function keys the texts: Coming, Leaving, business trip, balance etc. will appear.
The employees can display their work times on the screen themselves and can print these, if they wish to.
As a terminal for FDC, the function keys will display: process begin and end, interrupt, etc. .
Here also exists the possibility to display and print evaluations.
For every employee you can define a separate webterminal with a individual configuration in GeCOTimeŽ - time & attendance .
This configuration is set in GeCOTimeŽ - Communication parameter administration.
The GeCOTimeŽ - Webterminal offers furthermore the GeCOTimeŽ - Workflow, here the employees can request their absences and time types themselves, which have to be approved or rejected by 1-4 persons according to a previously defined rule.
Approved request are automatically transfered to GeCOTimeŽ - time & attendance and are considered during the calculation of the daily times.
Of course you can also use the webterminal secured with SSL.
