The use of GeCOTimeŽ - fuel data capture makes cashless use of fueling stations possible, combined with connected identification card readers.
Through specific definition of rights for fueling, you can automatically capture and deduct official and private fueling processes.
The restriction for specific fuel types and / or amount are standard.
The unauthorized use of the fuel station can be restricted either by defining the operation time, or by limiting the price per employee.
Evaluations for single fueling processes (date, time, fuel type, amount and price) as well as statistics for a whole month can be displayed and print at every time.
The according value is transfered through the GeCOTimeŽ - wage interface to the wage and accounting system as a corresponding wage type.
