In some areas the capture of the personell or respectively of the project times is not possible using a terminal.
Here, a capture of these times via telephone or mobile-phone is necessary.
GeCOTimeŽ - phone offers this possibility.
The employee is automatically recognized by the telephone-number he's calling from.
For this purpose, his telephone-number can be entered in his staff data.
If no telephone number is defined, the person identifies himself with his personell-id, or his document of identification.
In the system several telephone numbers can be defined.
These telephone numbers will trigger defined capture - functions. (such as time type, absence type, accounting number etc.)
So the employee only has to dial the corresponding telephone number of the telephone computer.
Also, there you can define for a person and a telephone number, the order number and order position which has to be booked.
