GeCOTimeŽ - machine data logging
The logging of the machine - production data, as well as the logging of the setup time and the
interruption-time (with information about the interruption reason) in real time is essential for every
production operation. - Only this way, cost and yield can be ascertained respectable.
GeCOTimeŽ - MDL offers this possibility. By means of coupling with GeCOTimeŽ - PDC the ascertainment of the accumulated costs for an order is guaranteed anytime.
By a correspondig MDL-Terminal production times, setup times and interruption times as well as production amounts are logged contemporary, and displayed graphically.
A time-line shows the last states.
Different actions can be started by freely defined function keys.
All order-times can be displayed graphically and be print too.
GeCOTimeŽ - MDL adjusts itself automatically with the server.
If there is a new GeCOTimeŽ-Version installed on the server, the system recognizes this and will make autonomous a client update without loss of data. Manual interference is not necessary.
