GeCOTimeŽ - Wage

Since GeCOTimeŽ captures the exact time of a clocking and you can define with what time-type
the spaces of time has to be appraised, the different presence and absence types as well as the accounts
or capping limit values can be allocated to the wages from your wage-system.

Both as fixed in the tariff, and operational regulations are considered.
It does not play a role, whether it concerns additional work, night or holiday surcharge, GeCOTimeŽ assigns the appropriate wage type correctly.
Of course also absences, accounts and capping limit values can be evaluated with corresponding wage types.

Times can be transmitted as single or in sum. Absences can be transmitted as hours or days.
The necessary data are provided for the accounting system in the necessary format.

The biggest advantage of GeCOTimeŽ - wage is, that the monthly summation of single times and the troublesome manual allocation of surcharges, which is not only time-consuming, but also incorrect more often than not, is no longer necessary.
