GeCOTimeŽ - archiv
As time goes by, the size of your GeCOTimeŽ - database will grow.
But because this data has to be available for evidence, they simply can not be deleted.
GeCOTimeŽ - archiv helps out.
With GeCOTimeŽ - archiv you can archive old data. (either on hard disk or on removable storage)
Archived are time data from
GeCOTimeŽ - time & attendance and
GeCOTimeŽ - factory data capture.
These can remain in the main database an be deleted later, or can be deleted automatic after archiving.
The archived data can anytime later be read, evaluated and printed.
These prints are then marked with the add-on 'archiv'.
