GeCOSoft at Cebit 2005, Hall 6, stand B18
Again this year the GeCOSoft mbH from Neu-Ulm is at Cebit, together with their long-time
hardware partner Kaba Benzing.
Main point of this years fair scene form the
GeCOTime ® - modules
factory data capture, machine data capture and the webapplication.
Among these web-applications, the
web - time & attendance
, thus for capturing persons presence-/absence- times,
rank as well as the
Web factory data capture
, capturing order and project-related work times, via Intra/Internet.
This makes it possible for the companies to capture times and
to assign times to the corresponding projects of their employees in Home Offices.
With GeCOTime - WorkFlow, have the coworkers the possibility of placing absence requests
like e.g. vacation, if necessary with indication of a reason.
To check before for possible overlaps with already authorized absences of the colleagues,
there exists the monthly absence calendar showing the absence plans for their own department.
The requests have to be approved or rejected by the responsible person or group leaders.
The coworker can keep track of the processing status.
Authorized absences flow immediately into the module, time & attendance, as planned absence.
